AI Workflow Architect & Engineering Consultant (Part-time / Contract)
It is Freelance/ Part time/ contract role if you are ok then only apply (No FullTime Job role)
The Vision
We are a growing software company managing live services in the iGaming and Fintech (Loan) sectors. While our team of 6 Developers and 2 DevOps engineers already uses AI tools, we want to move from "basic usage" to a fully AI-Native Workflow.
We are looking for a visionary AI Workflow Architect who can guide our team to integrate Context-Aware AI, Agentic Workflows, and Automated AI Code Reviews into our daily production environment.
Key Responsibilities (The "How")
1. Context Engineering & Standardization (.md Strategy)
- Design and implement a Master Context Strategy using .cursorrules, docs/context.md, and system prompts.
- Ensure the AI understands our specific business logic (iGaming settlements, loan guarantees) and coding conventions without repeated manual input.
- Standardize how the team feeds "knowledge" to AI to ensure high-quality, bug-free code generation.
2. AI-Ops & Automated Review Pipeline
Collaborate with our DevOps team to integrate AI agents into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Establish an AI-first Code Review system where AI agents automatically audit Pull Requests for security vulnerabilities, logic flaws, and performance bottlenecks before human review.
3. Agentic Workflow Design (Gems & Multi-Agent Loops)
Build custom "Gems" (Gemini) or AI Agents tailored for specific roles (e.g., Senior Security Auditor, Refactoring Specialist, API Architect).
- Implement Agentic Loops: Systems where one AI writes code, another verifies it, and a third refactors it based on test results.
4. Mentoring & Culture Shift
- Conduct 1~2 weekly workshops/coaching sessions for our 6 developers.
- Bridge the gap between "coding manually" and "orchestrating AI" to increase team velocity by 5x.
Candidate Requirements
- AI-Native Developer: You must be someone who feels "inefficient" without AI. Deep expertise in Cursor (Agent mode), GitHub Copilot, and Gemini/Claude is mandatory.
- Architect-Level Insight: Ability to read and understand complex live-service codebases and identify where AI can safely refactor legacy code.
- Experience with Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or building custom multi-agent workflows.
- DevOps Literacy: Understanding of GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to help our DevOps team automate AI reviews.
- English Fluency: Excellent communication skills to mentor and persuade senior developers.
Engagement Model
- Duration: Initial 1~2 month "Transformation Phase" (Retainer/Contract).
- Format: 10~15 hours per week (Flexible).
- Meetings: 1~2 video sessions per week for live coaching and system review.
- Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate / Project-based (based on experience).
Pro-Tips for Hiring in India/Sri Lanka:
- Look for "DevEx" (Developer Experience) on LinkedIn: Use keywords like AI DevEx, AI Automation Engineer, or Engineering Manager (AI Transformation).
- The "Cursor Rules" Test: In the interview, ask them: "Can you show me a .cursorrules file you've written for a complex project?" If they don't have one or it's very simple, they aren't the expert you need.
- The "Live Service" Question: Ask: "How do you use AI to refactor a live service with 10k+ users without breaking it?" You want to hear about AI-generated Unit Tests and Shadow Mode reviews.
- Time Zone: India/Sri Lanka is only 3.5 hours behind Korea. This makes them perfect for "morning in India = afternoon in Korea" sync-ups.
