About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions for students at our partner college. The role involves delivering structured sessions focused on improving students’ communication, confidence, and overall employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive soft skills training sessions (communication, confidence building, personality development, etc.)
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and practical activities
- Help students improve verbal and non-verbal communication
- Provide actionable feedback and mentorship
- Collaborate with the internal team for curriculum alignment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in soft skills / personality development training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with students or early professionals preferred
- Ability to conduct engaging, activity-based sessions
- Available for on-site sessions at the partner college
