Position Title: Freelance Senior Sales Consultant

Role Overview
This is a commission-only, performance-driven role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and closing profitable deals. Earnings are based on a percentage of project value, with a 6-month performance review to assess results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers for repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handover
- Report regularly on leads, pipeline, and revenue
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to acquire projects and meet revenue targets
- Strong network, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings with an attractive percentage share
