Freelance Senior Designer

About SysAdvise
SysAdvise is a brand and digital strategy studio in Ahmedabad. We build brands for D2C founders and growing businesses across fragrance, fashion, jewellery, food, wellness, and tech. Our work covers brand identity, social content, packaging, Meta Ads creatives, and websites. Logic meets magic is how we work: every design decision has a reason behind it.
The role
We're looking for a senior designer who can take a brief and own it. You'll work directly with our strategy team, shape visual directions for new brands, and keep existing brands sharp across every touchpoint. This is a freelance role with steady work for the right person.
What you'll do
- Build brand identities from scratch: logo, colour, type, visual language, and brand guidelines.
- Design packaging, labels, and print collateral that are ready for production.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, and campaign key visuals.
- Design performance ad creatives for Meta, with variants for testing.
- Support website and landing page UI design when projects need it.
- Present your thinking clearly and take feedback well within agreed revision rounds.
- Hand over clean, organised, properly named source files.
What we need from you
- 5+ years of design experience, with at least part of it in an agency or studio.
- A portfolio that shows real brand identity work, not just social posts.
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Figma is a must.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail.
- Understanding of print production: bleeds, dielines, colour modes, finishes.
- The ability to work from a strategy brief and explain your design choices.
- Reliable timelines. When you commit to a date, you hit it.
Good to have
- Experience with D2C or Indian consumer brands.
- Motion design skills (After Effects) for reels and ad creatives.
- Packaging design for fragrance, food, or beauty products.
- Comfort designing for performance marketing, where results matter as much as looks.
