Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash business processes and mandatory prior experience working with a consulting organization/IT services company. The candidate should have end-to-end implementation, support, rollout, and client-facing experience in SAP O2C processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP O2C process implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
Configure and support O2C processes including:
Customer Master Data
Sales Order Processing
Pricing & Billing
Delivery & Shipping
Credit Management
Returns Management
Intercompany Sales
Output Determination
Conduct client workshops, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and coordinate with technical teams.
Perform integration with SAP modules including MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Handle data migration activities and cutover planning.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years of SAP O2C / SAP SD functional experience
Mandatory consulting company experience (Big4 / IT Services / SAP consulting firms preferred)
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementation projects
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and business process mapping
Exposure to support, rollout, and enhancement projects
Knowledge of integration with FI/MM/PP modules
Preferred Skills:
SAP S/4HANA exposure
IDOCs, Interfaces, and workflow understanding
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong analytical and communication skills

Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
