Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant with deep functional and architectural expertise in SAP FI/CO and experience supporting CoStar implementations.
The consultant will support a major retail organization by designing and deploying SAP S/4 HANA financial solutions while enabling seamless integration with CoStar real estate leasing systems. The role requires strong knowledge of retail leasing operations, financial processes, and large-scale enterprise system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO solutions aligned with business requirements
- Support implementation and integration of CoStar for retail leasing operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and solution architecture
- Manage data conversion activities, integration testing, and cutover planning
- Enable end-to-end SAP financial solutions supporting retail and leasing operations
- Coordinate change requests from process design through functional specification and implementation
- Ensure accurate data extraction, synchronization, and reconciliation between SAP and CoStar systems
- Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices
- Support ongoing enhancements and issue resolution post-implementation
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of SAP functional and architectural experience
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and SD modules
- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Hands-on experience integrating or implementing CoStar (real estate leasing platform)
- Strong understanding of retail leasing processes and real estate data management
- Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and system integration testing
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Fashion or Retail Vertical Business Solutions
- Retail industry transformation program experience
