Role Description
We are seeking a senior SAP Commissions Reporting Developer with strong expertise in Crystal Reports, Callidus reporting, and Embedded Analytics. The consultant will design, configure, and publish reports to support business insights and compensation processes within SAP Commissions environments.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in report development, data analysis, and working with SQL-based data sources, along with strong communication skills to gather user requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports, including:
- Formula creation
- Layout customization
- Data formatting and logic building
- Configure and publish reports within Callidus (SAP Commissions).
- Work with Embedded Analytics reporting tools for dashboard and data insights.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from backend systems.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into report designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability of reports.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Crystal Reports
- SAP Commissions / Callidus
- Embedded Analytics reporting
- Good knowledge of SQL and data querying.
- Strong understanding of report design principles and data analysis concepts.
- Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working with incentive compensation systems.
- Exposure to SAP ecosystem integrations.
- Experience supporting production reporting environments.
