Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• The eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements.
• Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes, and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
• Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
• Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
• Accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in general IT business analysis, which includes 6 years’ experience in any eCommerce business analysis
• Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the eCommerce domain (2–3 years’ experience in Hybris Commerce business analysis will be a plus)
• Understanding of Commerce data structures and experience collecting, manipulating, and importing product catalog data into eCommerce systems (Project dependent)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Experience with global service delivery model
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
