Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Freelance Salesforce CRM Trainer. The Salesforce CRM Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on Salesforce CRM, developing training content tailored to diverse learner needs, and providing hands-on guidance in system functionality and best practices. The role will also involve evaluating and tracking the progress of learners and ensuring high-quality training outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms, including hands-on experience with different modules and functionalities
- Strong communication and training delivery skills with the ability to create and present engaging course materials
- Proficiency in developing and customizing training content for diverse audience needs
- Experience in analyzing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with remote learning tools and platforms to deliver virtual training sessions effectively
- Ability to identify learner challenges and adapt teaching methods to address knowledge gaps
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
