Closr is building a Sales Acceleration division focused on improving sales performance for B2B companies (SaaS, services, enterprise, product).
We’re looking for freelance trainers/coaches who can go beyond workshops and work on real sales problems.
What you’ll do:
• Deliver structured sales training (using Closr playbooks)
• Coach reps on live deals, discovery, objection handling
• Work with managers on pipeline + conversion improvements
• Customize sessions based on industry and sales motion
What we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience in B2B sales (SaaS/services/enterprise/product)
• Ability to coach, not just “train”
• Comfort with metrics (conversion %, pipeline, deal cycles)
• Experience working with founders / sales leaders is a plus
