SidLabs is a technology advisory and AI development firm working with founders and organisations across India and internationally.
We are looking to engage experienced freelance recruiters who can independently drive hiring for SidLabs and its sister concerns, with a focus on unconventional blue-collar and non-traditional talent segments.
Nature of Engagement
• Fully remote and location-agnostic
• Flexible working hours – outcome-driven, not time-bound
• Contract-based engagement for closing ~5+ roles (with potential for ongoing collaboration)
Scope of Work
• Source and close candidates across non-traditional / blue-collar segments
• Understand role requirements and adapt sourcing strategies creatively
• Manage end-to-end coordination including screening and interview alignment
• Ensure candidates are interview-ready and aligned with role expectations
All shortlisted candidates will go through a 2-round online interview process with the SidLabs team.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in closing roles independently as a freelancer or agency recruiter
• Strong exposure to unconventional hiring channels (field sourcing, referrals, networks, etc.)
• Ability to move fast and close efficiently
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
Education is not a constraint. Outcomes matter.
Compensation
• Per successful hire payout
• Range: 4.5% – 7% of candidate CTC (negotiable based on profile quality and consistency)
• Timely payouts with scope for repeat mandates
