Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting talent aligned with Wolf Media’s mission and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. The recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication with prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Building Candidate Relationships
- Skills in Interviewing, Screening, and Evaluating Candidates
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and Talent Pipeline Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or digital marketing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
