Job Title: Freelance Recruiters & Business Development Managers (BDMs)

Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and results-driven Freelance Recruiters & BDMs with a strong background in US Staffing (Non-IT). This role involves managing both recruitment delivery and client acquisition, focusing on Direct Hire, W2, and Full-Time positions.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment along with business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Non-IT roles in the US market
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)
• Work on Direct Hire, W2, and Full-Time requirements only
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in the US staffing space
• Generate leads and convert them into active job requirements
• Collaborate to ensure timely closures of open positions
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in US Staffing (Non-IT)
• Hands-on experience working on Direct Hire / W2 / Full-Time roles
• Strong understanding of US hiring processes and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing client relationships or active requirements
• Strong candidate network in Non-IT domains (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Engineering, etc.)

Compensation:

• High commission-based structure (no cap on earnings)
