We are looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Technical Recruiters who can help us source high-quality candidates for technology roles.
This is a remote freelance opportunity where recruiters will work with us on specific hiring requirements and earn per successful closure.
Current requirement: Senior NetSuite Developers for a US-based client.
Responsibilities:
• Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Share relevant profiles based on the job requirements
• Coordinate initial discussions with candidates
Requirements:
• Experience in IT or technical recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job portals
• Ability to work on a freelance / commission basis
Compensation:
Payment will be provided per successful candidate placement.
