Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Freelance Recruiter at Crescare Solutions. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet client needs. You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining client relations, and supporting the delivery of tailored talent acquisition strategies. Your role will require a proactive, organized, and results-driven approach to match top-tier talent with exceptional organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to identify the best fit
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to enable client and candidate engagement
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Adaptability and understanding of HR best practices and diversity-focused hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
