Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site Freelance Recruiter role located in Pune. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the organization or its clients. Day-to-day tasks will include creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, assessing candidate fit through interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment cycle to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and create effective talent strategies
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with recruiting in the engineering or technical domains is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in end‑to‑end recruitment

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals)

• Ability to work independently on Automotive , manufacturing, engineering, and leadership roles

• Prior freelance / consulting recruitment experience preferred
