Freelance Recruitment Consultant:

We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Freelance Recruitment Consultant to support AesthetiX Spaces fast-growing hiring needs across multiple positions.

You will act as a hiring partner representing AesthetiX professionally in the talent market. This role requires strong ownership, structured hiring discipline, and the ability to close positions efficiently with quality candidates aligned to company culture.

Earnings: Per Successful Closure (15,000 to 30,000 per candidate hired) in INR.

Must Read: All positions are only for serious, genuine & immediate joiners. We are giving this hiring opportunity to multiple consultants and freelancers, so it work on first come & first close basis.

What we expect you to do - Just below 6 Tasks (End-to-End Hiring Ownership)

1. Understand Company & Hiring Process: Learn about AesthetiX Spaces, Founder’s vision, company culture, and internal hiring process to ensure the right candidate fit.
2. Understand Roles Clearly: Gain clear knowledge of open positions, responsibilities, and expectations. Evaluate candidates based on Attitude, Skills, and Knowledge (A.S.K Framework).
3. Source & Screen Candidates: Find candidates through networks, portals, and references. Screen resumes and shortlist profiles that match job requirements.
4. Evaluate & Schedule Interviews: Conduct initial calls to assess candidate suitability, seriousness, and communication. Schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
5. Explain Company & Role to Candidates: Clearly present AesthetiX profile, work culture, growth opportunities, and role expectations to interested candidates.
6. Track Candidates & Close Positions: Maintain candidate records, provide regular updates, follow up consistently, and ensure positions are closed quickly with the right talent.
