Position: Freelance Recruiter
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months in BPO recruitment (Mandatory)
Payout:
₹3000 per candidate (after successful joining)
Payment will be released within 3 days of candidate joining
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for BPO roles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Ensure candidate joining and maintain pipeline
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3 months of BPO recruitment experience (Mandatory)
Good communication and sourcing skills
Ability to work independently
