Freelance Recruiter – BPO Bulk Hiring

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters with strong expertise in BPO bulk hiring to support multiple high-volume recruitment requirements. The ideal recruiter should have a strong candidate network, access to relevant sourcing channels, and the ability to deliver quality profiles within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for BPO, Call Centre and Customer Service positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media and personal networks.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, salary and location.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job responsibilities, salary and work conditions.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates report for interviews and joining as committed.
- Achieve agreed recruitment targets within the specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate status and recruitment updates.
- Support hiring for voice and non-voice BPO processes, domestic/international processes, customer support and telecalling roles.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in BPO bulk recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BPO hiring processes and candidate profiles.
- Proven ability to source candidates in high volumes.
- Strong candidate network and sourcing capabilities.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Experience handling immediate joiners and high-volume closures will be preferred.
