The Goal: Own the end-to-end paid funnel, architect the communication stack (CRM, WhatsApp, CTI), and ensure every dollar spent results in high-quality sales opportunities.
- Full Paid Media Management: Lead the start-to-finish management of ads on search and social platforms to drive high-intent traffic with minimal supervision.
- Audit & ROI: Conduct deep reviews of ad accounts to identify budget waste and reallocate capital toward high-return opportunities.
- AI-Powered Scaling: Use AI-based tools to automate bidding, detect account errors, and scale winning campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Quality Review (MQL): Audit every lead against our "perfect customer" profile to ensure the sales team is only talking to high-value prospects.
- Omnichannel Automation: Build and manage automated nurture sequences across Email and WhatsApp to ensure immediate lead engagement.
- Stack Integration (CTI & WhatsApp): Manage the integration of CTI (e.g., Smartflo) and WhatsApp business APIs with the CRM to ensure seamless calling and messaging workflows.
- CRM & Database Architecture: Maintain lead data hygiene, manage segmentation, and build custom funnel reports that track the journey from "First Click" to "Closed Deal."
- A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization: Constantly test ad copy, creative, and landing pages to lower the cost of acquisition and improve conversion rates.
- Proactive Communication: Act as a strategic partner, providing clear updates on funnel health and technical blockers while working independently as a freelancer.
Skills: Paid Media Strategy, CRM Architecture, WhatsApp Marketing, CTI Integration, Data Analysis.
Must-Know Tools: Any reputed CRM (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platforms, CTI Tools (Smartflo, etc.), WhatsApp Business API.
