Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer to support implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environments.
The consultant will work closely with functional and technical teams to design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while ensuring system performance, data integrity, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and post-go-live support.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
- Develop customizations, integrations, reports, and extensions within Fusion HCM.
- Prepare technical specification documents for interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
- Perform automated and manual testing and resolve defects.
- Participate in code reviews and system upgrades.
- Document application changes and user procedures.
- Analyze data flow and business processes to improve system efficiency.
- Support system patches, releases, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
- Extract business performance metrics and generate analytical reports.
