We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer to support implementation and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for developing, testing, integrating, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-based HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM implementation and post-go-live support activities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST web services
- Build and maintain HDL loads, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analytics
- Develop Fast Formulas, workflows, and application customizations
- Configure Page Composer and Application Composer components
- Create technical specifications for customizations, interfaces, and reports
- Perform code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization
- Support system patches, upgrades, and cross-functional testing activities
- Analyze data flows and ensure system alignment with business processes
- Produce technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to improve system efficiency
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development
- Experience across Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Workforce Development, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
- Strong experience with:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
- OTBI Reporting
- Fast Formulas
- Workflows
- Page and Application Composer
- Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Integration development using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS cloud environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Oracle APEX development
- Java development experience
- Oracle Analytics Cloud exposure
- Oracle certifications in Fusion technologies
