Role Overview
We are hiring a SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant on a freelance basis for our global manufacturing client.
This role focuses on plant deployments, legacy factory transitions, and quality process optimization across multiple locations. Ideal for professionals with strong SAP QM expertise and hands-on manufacturing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP QM modules in manufacturing environments
- Support plant deployments and legacy factory transitions
- Work on quality inspections, notifications, audits, and preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment & testing activities
- Ensure compliance and validation testing in regulated environments
- Align factory processes with corporate quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP QM implementation & support
- Strong understanding of plant manufacturing processes
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma / Healthcare preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to validation & compliance testing
- Willingness to travel to US & Canada locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
