Role Overview
We are hiring a QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in Playwright (C#), backend and API automation, and leadership experience to guide an onsite QA team while working remotely.
Key Focus Areas:
- Playwright automation using C# (.NET)
- C#-based automation for backend and services testing
- API automation using REST, GraphQL, Postman, Rest Assured
- Backend testing across microservices and databases
- Using Cursor / AI-assisted tools to accelerate test development
- Designing scalable automation frameworks
- Leading and mentoring an onsite QA team
Must-Have Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright with C#/.NET
- Strong C# automation development experience
- Deep knowledge of API and backend testing
- Experience with Cursor / AI tools; GitHub Copilot / LLM exposure is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD, especially Azure DevOps
- Good knowledge of Git, SQL, Docker, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
