Role Overview

As a Freelance Oracle SCM Functional Analyst, you will act as a functional expert across Oracle Fusion SCM modules, supporting post-implementation stabilization, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
• Supply Chain Planning & Demand Management
• Inventory, Procurement & Order Management
• Manufacturing & Logistics
• Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis
• Configure and maintain Oracle SCM modules
• Support UAT, SIT, and CRP testing cycles
• Manage data migration using FBDI templates
• Develop reports using OTBI & BI Publisher
• Collaborate on integrations (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud)
• Troubleshoot functional issues and support end users
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred)
• Experience with:
• FBDI data migration
• OTBI / BI Publisher reporting
• REST/SOAP integrations
• SQL & data reconciliation
• Hands-on experience in UAT/SIT testing cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle SCM Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in post-go-live stabilization projects
• Familiarity with Agile / Lean methodologies
