Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced IT Network Engineer for our corporate client. This role requires a highly proactive, outgoing, and communication-driven professional who can work in a fast-paced network and security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support firewall operations (rule creation, policy tuning, upgrades)
- Work on network infrastructure including switching, routing, and load balancing
- Handle firewall migrations from legacy to modern configurations
- Configure and administer Palo Alto Firewalls / F5 BIG-IP (LTM)
- Develop and optimize security zones and firewall policies
- Provide mid-to-high tier support for network security environments
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto (PAN) technologies
- 4+ years of experience in networking (switching, routing, firewalls, load balancing)
- Strong hands-on experience in firewall operations & upgrades
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM) – preferred
- Strong understanding of network & application security
- Experience in firewall migration and policy optimization
- Excellent communication & stakeholder interaction skills
- Must be proactive, outspoken, and highly collaborative
