ThreatXIntel is seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Business Analyst with strong MES integration experience to support a long-term engagement with global manufacturing teams.
The consultant will act as a functional liaison between manufacturing operations, quality teams, IT, and integration teams, ensuring seamless alignment between SAP PP-PI and MES systems, ideally PAS-X.
This role requires a strong understanding of process manufacturing, SAP PP-PI functionality, and MES integration data flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional bridge between manufacturing, quality, and IT teams
- Support and optimize SAP PP-PI processes in process manufacturing environments
- Work closely with MES systems (PAS-X preferred) for production execution
- Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Manage integration touchpoints between SAP and MES platforms
- Support manufacturing processes including:
- Process orders
- Phases and confirmations
- Batch management and traceability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions
- Participate in testing, process optimization, and solution validation
Required Skills
- 7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PP-PI
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with MES integration
- Experience with PAS-X MES platform (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Process orders
- Phases and confirmations
- Batch management
- Traceability
- SAP–MES integration points
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage industries
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery models
