The Opportunity
This is a freelance engagement, not a full-time position. As a Regional Oncology Sales Manager, your single objective is clear: bring oncologists onto the OneRx platform and get them activated.
You earn on every successful activation and monthly engagement fee— there is no fixed salary and no earnings cap. The more doctors you onboard, the more you make.
This is built for people who already have access to oncologists — pharma sales professionals, healthcare consultants, or anyone with genuine connections in the oncology space who can walk into a doctor’s chamber and present OneRx.
What You Will Do
• Approach oncologists through your existing network, hospital contacts, or field outreach.
• Present OneRx as an Evidence AI platform that delivers cited, guideline-backed clinical insights — not a generic chatbot.
• Walk oncologists through the platform, demonstrate its value for their daily clinical practice, and guide them through the sign-up and activation process.
• Follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure they are actively using the platform.
• Report your outreach activity, pipeline progress, and activation numbers to the OneRx team.
• Share field-level insights — doctor feedback, adoption barriers, competitor activity — to help OneRx sharpen its go-to-market strategy.

Compensation
• Performance-based pay: You earn a fee for every oncologist you successfully activate on the OneRx platform.
• No cap on earnings — your income is directly tied to your output.
