🚀 We're Hiring | Freelance Nutraceutical Research & Development Chemist / Consultant
Shree Chlorates is expanding into the Nutraceuticals & Health and Wellness sector and is looking for an experienced Freelance Nutraceutical R&D Chemist / Consultant to support the development of innovative dietary supplements and health products.
If you have hands-on experience in nutraceutical formulation and product commercialization, we'd love to collaborate with you.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop innovative nutraceutical formulations, including tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, liquids, and sachets.
✅ Research and evaluate vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, probiotics, amino acids, and other functional ingredients.
✅ Conduct formulation development, compatibility studies, stability testing, and product optimization.
✅ Support pilot batches, manufacturing scale-up, and technology transfer.
✅ Prepare technical documentation, formulation records, SOPs, and product specifications.
✅ Ensure products comply with FSSAI regulations, GMP, and applicable quality standards.
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, Functional Food, or Pharmaceutical R&D.
• Proven experience in developing products from concept to commercial launch.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development, ingredient selection, stability studies, and manufacturing processes.

• 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞, with occasional onsite visits to 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐞 if required.
