We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Manager to lead our brand building and social-driven lead generation efforts across digital platforms.

This role goes beyond content posting, it focuses on building a strong company image while actively identifying and attracting potential clients through social media.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with IT service-based companies or digital agencies and understands how to convert social presence into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Positioning
  
  

✔ Develop and execute a clear brand positioning strategy

✔ Build a strong, consistent company image across all platforms

✔ Define tone, messaging, and visual direction aligned with business goals

• Social Media Management
  
  

✔ Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

✔ Plan and execute monthly content calendars

✔ Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and brand voice

✔ Monitor trends and leverage them for visibility

• Lead Generation via Social Platforms
  
  

✔ Actively identify and engage with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn

✔ Use social media as a client acquisition channel, not just branding

✔ Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and nurture early interest

✔ Qualify initial leads and handover warm prospects to the Business Development team

✔ Maintain basic tracking of conversations and lead status

Requirements

✔ Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

✔ Must have worked with IT service-based companies or digital agencies

✔ Strong understanding of B2B marketing and service positioning

✔ Experience in social selling / lead generation via platforms like LinkedIn

✔ Ability to think strategically and execute independently
