Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based position for a Freelance Manual QA Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive manual tests to identify software defects, developing and updating test cases, and ensuring that applications meet quality assurance standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Manual Testing and executing comprehensive Test Cases
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying software issues
- A solid background in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
- Ability to understand complex systems and perform end-to-end Test Execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in reporting and documenting test results
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and platforms is a plus
