Join the OPEN BOX Consulting Trainer Network
At OPEN BOX Consulting, we help service-based MSMEs build High-Performance Teams through Leadership Development, Managerial Effectiveness and People Performance Systems.
As we expand our trainer network, we are looking to collaborate with passionate Freelance Corporate Trainers for long-term assignments across India.
We are looking for trainers who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

✅ Manager Effectiveness

✅ Team Building & Team Collaboration
✅ Communication Skills
✅ Emotional Intelligence
✅ Behavioural Skills
✅ Presentation & Public Speaking
✅ Time Management & Personal Productivity
✅ Ownership & Accountability
✅ First-Time Manager Development
✅ Workplace Effectiveness
✅ Sales in Service Companies
Experience Required:
✔ 2–8 years of corporate training experience
✔ Experience conducting workshops for:
Corporate Professionals
Executives
Mid-Level Managers
Team Leaders
B-Schools Graduates
✔ Strong facilitation and experiential learning skills
✔ Comfortable handling both classroom and interactive workshops
Language Requirement:
✔ Excellent spoken English
✔ Excellent Hindi communication
✔ Ability to facilitate bilingual sessions (English + Hindi)
Preferred Location
📍 Nagpur (First Preference)
We are also open to trainers from nearby cities who are willing to travel for assignments on their own.
