Role Description
We’re looking for a Freelance Lead Generation Executive (B2B | Appointment Setting | Remote)
At CodoFlux Inc., we’re a fast-growing B2B Lead Generation agency helping companies connect with the right decision-makers.
With multiple upcoming projects, we’re looking for freelancers (0–3 years experience) who are ready to learn fast, execute faster, and grow in sales.
Work Mode: Remote | Work From Home
What You’ll Do:
• Work on appointment setting campaigns (primary focus)
• Handle both Hot Leads & Cold Leads
• Perform cold calling & outreach confidently
• Qualify prospects using the BANT framework
• Build and manage high-quality prospect databases
• Support multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–3 years experience in B2B Lead Generation / Appointment Setting
• Comfortable with cold calling & real conversations
• Strong understanding of BANT qualification
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
