Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Lawyer. As a Freelance Lawyer, your responsibilities will include providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting with dispute resolution cases. You will work closely with a diverse client base, offering tailored solutions and ensuring compliance with Indian legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and interpretation skills
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
- Knowledge and application of Indian legal frameworks and regulations
- Effective communication, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Working knowledge of legal tech platforms or tools is advantageous
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage deadlines efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in freelance or client-based legal advisory is preferred
