Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Lawyer at LawShield Technologies Private Limited. The Freelance Lawyer will handle a variety of legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing clients in disputes and negotiations. The role includes collaboration with clients and the internal team to provide clear, reliable, and professional legal support that aligns with our mission of simplifying and enhancing access to legal services.
Qualifications
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations
- Proficiency in providing legal advice and guiding clients on legal matters
- Experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and offering legal representation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with technology and legal tools; familiarity with AI-driven platforms is a plus
- Law degree and valid license to practice law in India, with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional legal experience
- Prior experience in a freelance or remote legal role is an advantage
