Role Description
This is a full-time remote Freelance Lawyer position. The role involves providing legal advice and support to clients, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and assisting with dispute resolution and compliance matters. The lawyer will collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal services, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Contract Review
- Keen understanding of Compliance, Regulatory Frameworks, and Risk Mitigation
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication, Client Handling, and Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with technology-driven platforms and legal tech tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing diverse clients and cases
- L.L.B. degree is required; bar accreditation is preferred
- Experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, or advisory services is advantageous
