Role Description
The Freelance Kaizen Trainer will conduct professional training sessions on Kaizen principles and practices, sessions in Mumbai Location. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, assessing participant progress, and ensuring interactive and practical learning experiences. Trainers are expected to stay updated on industry best practices and methodologies. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Kaizen methodology, lean management, and process improvement
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills to deliver theory and hands-on practices
- Experience in corporate training or academic teaching is preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences
- Ability to tailor training methods to meet individual or organizational needs
- Prior work experience in quality management, operational excellence, or project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in business, management, or related field
