Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Freelance Kaizen Trainer located in Mumbai. The trainer will design and deliver comprehensive Kaizen training modules aligned with the organization's curriculum standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading workshops, conducting interactive training sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance learner understanding. The role involves working closely with teams to implement Kaizen methodologies for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kaizen methodologies, Lean principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement techniques.
- Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, and mentoring professionals across diverse industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in education, training, or consulting is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals and adapt to on-site environments in Mumbai.
