Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Instructor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Freelance Instructor will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering training sessions for professionals and teams in various technical domains. Duties include creating course materials, conducting workshops, providing hands-on guidance, assessing participants’ progress, and updating course content to stay aligned with industry trends. The role requires frequent engagement with learners to provide mentorship and support for skill development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Big Data technologies, analytics, and related tools
- Proficiency in instructional design, workshop development, and educational facilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner
- Experience in curriculum development and adapting content based on learner needs
- Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or educator is highly desirable
