Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role based in Phagwara for a Freelance Instructional Design Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and developing course curriculums, delivering instructional content, and conducting hands-on Workshop. Additional responsibilities include utilizing design thinking principles to enhance course effectiveness and ensuring the alignment of Workshop with the latest educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
- Experience in Teaching and conducting Training sessions
- Understanding of Design Thinking for enhancing educational content
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and formats
- Previous experience in EdTech or education-related fields is a plus
- Master's degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred
