Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Freelance Instructional Design Trainer located in Phagwara. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, and applying instructional design principles to create effective educational materials. Additional tasks include conducting workshops, ensuring participant engagement, and utilizing design thinking techniques to innovate learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Design Thinking and applying innovative approaches to problem-solving in learning methodologies
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Training and Teaching in classroom or workshop settings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt content delivery to meet diverse learner needs
- Preferably, prior experience in a similar role or within the education/edtech sector
- Relevant certifications and educational qualifications in instructional design, education, or related fields
