🚀 We Are Hiring: Freelance HR Specialist (Sales System & Policy Expert)
INFINITY Measurement Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are on a mission to build a structured, high-performance Sales Team.
We are looking for a Freelance HR Specialist who can go beyond traditional HR and build systems that directly impact sales growth.
âš¡ This Role is About Building, Not Just Managing.
🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:
â–¸Design Sales KPIs, KRAs & Performance Tracking Systems
â–¸Develop Incentive Structures aligned with revenue and accountability
â–¸Create Sales Policies & SOPs (Reporting, Travel, Discipline, etc.)
â–¸Establish a Performance-Driven Culture & Review System
â–¸Support Hiring Strategy & Role Structuring for Sales Teams
🎯 Ideal Profile:
▸Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources
â–¸Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specifically supporting Sales functions
â–¸Proven experience in HR Consulting / Freelance HR
â–¸Strong expertise in Sales Team Structuring & Incentive Design
â–¸Experience with B2B / Technical Sales Teams (Electrical Industry preferred)
â–¸Ability to translate business goals into practical HR systems
💼 Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract (Project-based or Retainer)
