About the Role
We are looking for a freelance HR recruiter who can help us build a strong team at HealthSense by handling end-to-end hiring across different functions. The role is focused purely on recruitment and talent acquisition — not payroll, compliance, or HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from founders/managers
- Create job descriptions and hiring plans
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams
- Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
- Help improve hiring process and employer branding
- Support hiring for roles across operations, e-commerce, sourcing, marketing, customer support, accounts, and other business functions
- Build a quality team aligned with company culture and growth plans
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Ability to close positions quickly with quality candidates
- Comfortable working independently as a freelancer
- Experience hiring for startups/e-commerce brands is a plus
- Good understanding of hiring through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
Compensation
- Monthly retainer and/or per successful closure basis
- Flexible working hours
