Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate Freelance Home Care Nurse to work on an on-demand basis in Srinagar, providing essential care services to patients in their homes. This full-time, on-site role includes responsibilities such as offering direct nursing care, ensuring patient comfort, administering medications, performing wound care, and collaborating with families and other care providers to develop personalized care plans. The position allows for flexible scheduling and a meaningful impact on patient lives by delivering care in a home setting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing practices and excellent understanding of patient care standards
- Experience in Home Care services and providing care in non-hospitalized settings
- Competency in Wound Care and medicine administration
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and effective communication with patients and families
- Active and valid nursing license, with prior work experience in healthcare or home care preferred
- Ability to work independently and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules
- Familiarity with regional healthcare scenarios and a commitment to patient health and dignity is a plus
