The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added-value services that support
the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Graphics Designer to join our team.
This position is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across RapNet’s digital ecosystem, including ads, product feature graphics, social content, newsletters, video assets, and tradeshow materials.
The role supports ongoing marketing initiatives, including product launches, webinars, The Diamond Pulse
newsletter, and major industry events such as AGTA and JCK, while maintaining strong brand consistency
across web, mobile, and print.
This is a Full-time Freelance position.
The designer will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and brand materials while maintaining visual consistency.

Responsibilities
• Design creative visuals for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and presentations
• Create graphics for posts, reels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional content
• Develop simple animations or motion graphics for marketing videos
• Support branding and marketing initiatives with consistent design execution
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs aligned with campaign goals
• Prepare design assets for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition
• Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
