About Us
We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in content production, branding, and performance marketing for both B2B and retail clients. With an in-house video team and a strong client portfolio, we are looking to expand our design team with reliable freelance talent.
Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance graphic designer who can consistently deliver creatives based on a predefined content calendar, coordinate with clients, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives as per content calendar
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Coordinate directly with clients for feedback and revisions
- Deliver creatives within defined timelines
- Work closely with internal team (content + ads team)
- Adapt designs for multiple formats (Instagram, Facebook, Ads, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media design
- Strong proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
- Good communication skills (client handling is mandatory)
- Ability to follow structured workflows & timelines
- Available during day time (IST working hours)
- Reliable internet connection & work setup
Compensation
- Payment will be done on an account-wise / project-wise basis
