Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The TeleCaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective candidates or clients over the phone, providing information about education programs and services, and guiding individuals through the admissions or skill development process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, maintaining records of communication, and following up to ensure excellent customer support for the candidates and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation, maintain records, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, or other relevant software.
- An understanding of career counseling, educational programs, or student support services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a goal-oriented and professional environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
