About Us
Benixo Media creates visual content across social media, paid ads, and print for brands in hospitality, retail, jewellery, and food & beverage. We're looking for designers who can bring brand identity to life across Instagram posts, carousel ads, story graphics, and more.
What You'll Do
• Design Instagram feed posts, Stories, carousels, and Reels cover frames
• Create static and animated creatives for Meta Ads (single image and carousel formats)
• Develop monthly content batches — typically 15–30 graphics per client
• Maintain brand consistency across fonts, colours, and visual language
• Design print materials when needed (menus, brochures, event signage)
• Collaborate with video editor and content creator to ensure cohesive look
What We're Looking For
• Proficiency in Canva Pro (mandatory), Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (preferred)
• Portfolio with at least 5 social media design samples across different brand styles
• Knowledge of Instagram dimensions, safe zones, and ad creative best practices
• Ability to deliver 30–40 design assets per month across 2–3 clients
• Quick turnaround: first drafts within 48 hours of brief
Good to Have
• Experience designing for luxury / premium brands (hospitality, jewellery, fashion)
• Basic animation skills in Canva or After Effects
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager image specs and text overlay rules
