Role Description
This is a full-time as per timeline based , WFH Translator role based in New Delhi. The Translator will be responsible for translating legal documents, communication materials, and official notices with precision and clarity. Key responsibilities include proofreading translated texts, ensuring contextual accuracy, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and collaborating with legal teams to ensure high-quality translations. The role requires a deep understanding of legal terminology and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in translating content between languages relevant to the region, with a focus on accuracy in grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and legal documentation processes.
- Attention to detail in proofreading and editing translated content for clarity and precision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant translation software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the target language(s).
- Previous experience in translating legal or technical documents is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Languages, Law, or a related field is preferred.
