This is a remote, part-time/fractional role. The Freelance Digital Marketing Assistant will manage the content distribution and B2B outreach engine for our founder, a former global markets anchor (CNBC/Bloomberg). Your primary focus will be maximizing the reach of existing media coverage, running automation tools, and managing weekly digital workflows to attract high-net-worth prospective clients. Require commitment of over 5 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Repurposing: Take long-form podcasts and past media coverage and remix them into short-form videos using AI tools like OpusClip.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- B2B Outreach: Run and monitor professional LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns using Waalaxy.
- Newsletter Management: Format and distribute weekly market updates via Ghost CMS.
Qualifications:
- At least 7-8 years of hands-on experience managing social media distribution and repurposing video and written content.
- Hands-on familiarity with OpusClip, Waalaxy, and Ghost CMS.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage weekly deliverables independently.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Previous experience in real estate or financial content marketing is a plus
